How It Works

Leading up to March 2nd, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.
Important Dates:
February 27th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).
March 2nd: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.
March 6th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.
April 17th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.

Build Strength & Gain Results
On January 5th, 2026; I started the Build Strength and Gain Results Challenge by Fitness Instructor sadeaunique. I started the challenge as a runner needing and wanting strength training for future runs. sadeaunique program was not only self explanatory with examples, but she was very open and helpful with answering questions, providing techniques and the continued motivation was spot on to keeping me consistent (although I missed some workouts 😬) I started the program weighing at 222.7lbs and ended the program weighing 214.7 pounds, 4 inches off my lower stomach area (my kryptonite area), and a new love for strength training! I recommend sadeaunique's to anyone; newbie, experienced, or someone like myself that's a runner and find it extremely hard to strength train! If you're a runner, I highly recommend this program! I shaved off 1:15 off my mile! Thank you sadeaunique for your program, your continued motivation and being a dope person. -senojevol
