Week 1 - Week 6:
Day 1: Lower Body I (Quad Focus) + Core
Day 2: Upper Body I - Pull Focus
Day 3: Lower Body II (Glute Focus) + Core
Day 4: Upper Body II - Push Focus
Day 5: Full Posterior Chain + Core
Day 6: Active Recovery
Day 7: Rest

How it works:
Once you sign up, you'll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area.
Leading up to June 29th, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.
• June 26th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).
• June 29th: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.
• August 10th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.
• August 13th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.
