My 3rd time to do the challenge with Kate because it works for me!!! Im grateful i found her on IG. Love her system, style, and community. Daily daoable short workouts that covers some cardio, flexibility, mobility, lymphatic stimulation with her signature Quick Minutes, and strength training. Then at the end of the week she covers active recovery with her signature mobility amd stretch, also quick but on point. She also writes blogs regularly that educate me on just living healthier, because aesthetics will simply follow. By far, i feel a lot stronger especially in my core, a lot more mindful of my movement (proper form to maximize muscle capacity and avoid injury) because she guides you along with her easy instructions and cues. I love Kate’s quick minutes program & nutrition guide! I have eaten a clean & sugar free way of eating for nearly 15 years, so eating healthy wasn’t an issue for me. I joined Kate’s program because I was intrigued by her IG reels…the quick minutes movements, simplistic workouts & her lean physique- and she’s my age & I’m post menopause. Since starting perimenopause my energy levels went down, bloating started back up, inflammation, joint pain, brain fog - all things I’d gotten rid of several years ago by changing my nutrition. I’ve never meal prepped & have only half a** tracked my protein. Shortly after starting her workouts, meal prepping & tracking macros better(thx to her meal guide) I started to see definition I hadn’t seen in a while & back to feeling good again! I love her workouts & the quick minutes exercises are the best jump start to my workouts! I literally get excited to workout - something I haven’t felt about workouts in a while. Thank you Kate! Mid40s and found that the usual workouts and IF with keto seemed to stall progress. Did some lifestyle tweaks but were hard to stay consistent because i just moved to a different country, access to gym is expensive. Since i found Kate on IG, i got inspired with her daily quuck workouts with minimal equipment. Gave it a week to read more of her programs, reviews, her posts and fi ally took the challenge. Been doing her workouts on Solin for 12weeks now, following her food advice, and reading her regular blogs. Been taking creatine too for 10days now and i can say that i feel so much lighter, stomach flatter (even though sometimes i eat outide of my usual because life is also not about deprivation), more muscle definition in my arms and legs even though my heaviest lift is just 10lbs (will go 15lbs for the next challenge because i am ready), and even in my abs! I dont feel as puffy and bloated as before. I love Kate's style because she explains how things are to be done along with explanations as to how it can do well to your health and longevity and that alone is motivating enough to keep me going. I always look forward to working out after breakfast and im ready for the new Summer Motion challenge.

I’ve been following Kate on Instagram for a while now and used to try to do her basic QM (7 to 9 minutes) every morning, timing myself with my smartwatch. But now that I’m doing Kate’s 15-minute QM “live,” I’m really feeling the difference in my body—I’m even sweating a little 😉. Her instructions for the movements and breathing are really helpful. I’ve started the strength training carefully with light weights. And I hope that in six weeks, my core will be strong enough to sit up from a lying position during the boxer style sit up 😅
