I am 64 yo, have worked out most of my life and am currently on week 2 of Ageless Strength. I absolutely love Kate as a highly qualified and enjoyable instructor. I love the app as well. Kate brings so much calm energy to this platform. What a gift ♥️. With earbuds in during every workout, she provides so much great instruction and reminders along the way which keeps me on course. I’ve followed several YouTuber workout instructors over the years but Kate is the only one I follow now. This is so easy to follow. Simple and effective. Thank you soooo much!!!

I have to say I don’t think there is anything I don’t like. I honestly love this workout, the rhythm and the plan. Challenging single sided exercises always challenging . What I avoid is what I need the most 🙌💖

I’ve been doing this workout challenge and honestly love it. It’s easy to follow, with a trainer guiding you through each session and keeping you motivated the whole way. You don’t need a lot of equipment, and it really targets your entire body. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something effective and simple to stick with!

Absolutely love Kate’s challenges! This is my 3rd challenge following a couple of months of quick minutes 1.0. Each challenge I have progressed and am now confidently doing the advanced moves and need to buy heavier weights! But more than anything my flexibility and mobility have improved, and my old shoulder pain is gone. I have come so far in what I now celebrate as a lifelong journey to feel strong and healthy for as long as possible. Following along with Kate is terrific in quick minutes and the beginner workouts, but the mobility goes too fast for me. It would be fantastic if there could be a more slow and more simple version of that section. Maybe there is and I’m not see it?? I’m a runner in fairly good shape but I have a torn meniscus and some knee arthritis and can’t move around on the floor so fast. Thanks!!

The format of the programme is accessible and I LOVE the commanding calm voice of the instructions with NO MUSIC. Wonderful! I have come to like this system more as the week has gone on! I can feel muscles building even at this early stage and muscle developing around my knees and shoulders even though I have a looooong way to go! I like the fact that I can grab the day’s programme in several small parts of if I have to - a few minutes here and there - and squeeze it in. It has also become clear the whilst my protein and water intake are good, my eating habits are appalling in the evenings - little mouthfuls and treats as I dash around - that completely undo my calorie deficit! So it’s good to shine a light on what I actually do vs what I think I do! I haven’t tried the food subscription as it was more money, but I have a good one by another provider that I had already bought.

Kate introduces strength, stamina, flexibility within 10-20 minutes in today’s busy world. I like the start up, then additional modules incorporating weights/bands for further strength training. In my 40s and found that nothing seems to work anymore, until ive found this program. Did this program, started march16th, followed by quick mat pilates by Nwando, and followed on most days high protein and fiber >/= 30g per day and found that my belly is flatter in the morning upon waking up and my wristwatch now feels a bit lose. I dont think it is fat loss, i believe my body has let gone of the water retained through the years. I feel so much stronger especially my lower body in going up and down the steps as i dont use the elevator. I could feel my strides are longer and the lower back discomfort i used to feel is milder, if not nonexistent. Great for women in their 40s.

Halfway through and I am loving it! I look forward to every session because they fit into my busy schedule, they’re fun, they’re effective, Kate gives perfect tuition. I am also finding that with the consistency, rather than becoming bored, I am every week getting more out of the program, because I am able to concentrate on my form. In addition the nutrition and wellbeing advice has been just what I needed to hear, even though I have been post menopausal (I am 60) for 20 years and thought I had it all worked out!

I love it! I wake up excited to do the routines and engage with the community. In 3 weeks, I already see lean muscle increasing, body fat and visceral fat dropping. I previously did the January challenge in March which was exceptional. I’ve been doing small group training for several years. Although there was always a trainer with us and watching, I realized the workouts really were not appropriate and beneficial for me ate Age 54. The jumping and heavy strength while completing specific # of movements within a specific timeframe was not serving me well. My recovery and injuries were really effecting my daily WOs. I then started modifying more and more movements and decided I was not benefiting at all. I was also doing spin several times/wk. Loved it but also wondered if that was causing some low back issues. Decided to step away from the gym and figure out another way to stay fit and healthy. I started doing quick minutes and then Kate’s WOs. Felt amazing over a couple weeks. Injury free and felt great. Decided to do the challenge. I no longer miss the 1-1.5hrs spent at the gym. Loving Quick Minutes and WOs. Kate is awesome. Love the way she explains everything and talks you through the movements within intention, motivation and reality that most of us do not look like her nor will be able to move like her, at this point. She’s the best I’ve seen. Look forward to my WOs each day!

I’m really enjoying it so far. Effective and doable without having to spend a lot of time working out. Slow and steady is better than going hard than not finishing the program. Also, the quick minutes are so smart because at 38 I feel stiffer and those movements are really helping me be more flexible and strong without putting too much pressure. Sometimes I do the Quick Minutes portion before I go to work and then finish the strength training when I get back. Joining quick minutes Challenge has changed me in just one week ! My inflammation has decreased . My Mobility has increased and the strength that I have gained can be measured from the Inside out !!!! I can use a tape measure and and an Electronic Scale to show me the results . The Quick Minutes moves are soooo good. They're gentle on the body, but very effective and they get your heart rate up! It's exactly what it's called...QUICK! I’ve been doing this fitness program since March 2nd and I’m absolutely loving it! I’ve never been this motivated, and I can genuinely see and feel the difference — both in my shape and overall flexibility. What really impressed me is how adaptable it is. I recently had to rush to my parents due to a family situation, and still managed to work out every single day — even using water bottles as weights! 😄 These daily workouts have truly carried me through a tough time. Highly recommend! I never thought that almost turning 60 could feel this positive!

The workout is great. The platform is terrible. It's cluttered, inconsistent and not clear on how to get to what you signed up for. The site primarily uses red buttons to navigate to different pages, except for what you are there for, the work out. One would not assume that the header of the page is the link, why wouldn't it have a button or tab like everything else? The reason you use a red button is obvious, why wouldn't you use one for the main event? It is inconsistent and therefore takes a minute to realize that's the entry point. And then the first thing you see is, mark complete, you have to scroll down and search for what you want amongst all the other things that you're selling. Over complicated and counter intuitive. And the selling selling selling. Do what you're there to do, if I like it I'll look for more, but I can't even get to what I'm there for with all the nonsense. And to move on from quick minutes, you have to hit the X in top left twice to get out. Everything is extra.

Loved the quick minutes 15min but found the reporting of the EMOM a little boring so i would rotate with another arm or leg weight exercise. Went up on weights to challenge but wanted a little variety so i didn’t get bored. I will continue with the quick minutes every day - my body loves it!

I purchased this challenge because a friend sent it to me and I saw it as a sign since I had been searching for a daily routine. I enjoy the quick minutes because it encompasses total body movements. It does become repetitive, but because I’m doing it everyday, I have gotten better at each exercise along with balance training. I would have liked to see some alternative options or modifying movements according to fitness level, at least as the weeks progressed. The same applies to the 10 minute focused daily workout. I would have preferred different exercises to change up the monotony. Stretching suggestions would have been great for the Sunday recovery portion. Especially since Kate could suggest specific stretches according to our regimen. Overall, I am grateful to Kate for getting me moving daily again. I do feel a difference (week 4 day 1) and will continue to do quick minutes through her Instagram page to change things up and work different muscle groups. I love quick minutes. Both as an accompaniment to weights or on its own. Lots of better explanation for each move in this January challenge. My one negative is all the workouts posted are the same. Quick minutes is same exact video. All the upper workouts are the exact same. Would like a little more variety. It’s a very small negative. Keep going Kate, you are doing great things!

I’m so enjoying quick minutes! I have been doing another program that was just a little too hard for me. I’m almost 75 and have lower back problems. I had shoulder surgery a year ago and have aches and pains everywhere. I have so enjoyed immensely! I love the positive energy❣️ Denise

Overall I like it. I understand the quick minute routine is about maintaining routine but in watching the video it would be nice to see some change even in environment or clothing 0or music or something. I am glad I am doing the challenge though. Thank you!

I thought the workouts were well constructed, however, they lacked the warmup and cool down. Also, performing the same intense exercises every day is rather harmful to the body, the joints and muscle repair. I had to stop it after one week as my joints started to hurt and my muscles cramped by day 6. I can imagine these exercises is 3xweak, but definitely not daily. I personally would not subscribe for another challenge. Thank you.

It was a good experience overall. I had not exercised for a while so my muscles and abs were achy and I struggled with the daily routine. However I continued even if I missed a day. I am starting to feel more comfortable with the routine and it is helping me to be fitter. I have a very long way to go but I like the way Kate makes it all easy and feasible. Thank you so much!

Overall this is good, but could honestly be SO much better with just a little bit more effort. There might be some reason that every week the moves for abs, legs and upper are the same just adding more reps - but I don't know why. Especially when Kate is showing all kinds of different, really cool exercises on her IG channel. Why pay for this when her content is better on IG? Also, the app is pretty frustrating - you can't pause for very long, if you need to walk away you have to come back and start all over and find your place. Also it would be helpful to have the days labeled with a date instead of Week 5, Day 1. So we can better track what we were actually able to do. Bottom line is I wouldn't pay for this again. There is much more value just watching her IG. It would also be nice if it was easier to see the comments in some order or see stuff from Kate more easily, I don't have time to scroll through the worlds longest comment to see her new food rule. Could definitely be set up better.

I really like the exercises. However, I didn’t expect them to be exactly the same every day for two weeks. I assume that there won’t be any new exercises in the next four weeks either, which would mean doing the same exercises every day for six weeks. The cover changes each day, but the exercises don’t – which is disappointing. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it further.

Stopped after two days. The challenge is too easy for me. No engagement from Kate either. All workouts are the same making it boring. Besides the navigation of the app is not user-friendly. I don't want to touch my phone while working out to find the next move. All in all not worth the price.

Kate is very good trainer over all. The program she is teaching well balanced and to the purpose. I am happy for my selection. However, Solin needs to improve in many ways. First and formost , the clean and net well timed instructions were missing. Especially on the photograph upload ...I believe to eleminate challangers automatically , you have changed the instructions many times.. I eventually burned out on non-sense details on that subject and I could not replace the side photo of mine . I did not have time anyway. The most recent problem I have encountered with the 'recovery' video did not show to me.

In week 2. Basically exactly the same content and videos on rotation. No recovery guidance or stretching. No rest day. Hopefully it gets better.
