It would be fantastic if there could be a more slow and more simple version of that section. Maybe there is and I’m not see it?? The format of the programme is accessible and I LOVE the commanding calm voice of the instructions with NO MUSIC. Wonderful! I have come to like this system more as the week has gone on! I can feel muscles building even at this early stage and muscle developing around my knees and shoulders even though I have a looooong way to go! I like the fact that I can grab the day’s programme in several small parts of if I have to - a few minutes here and there - and squeeze it in. It has also become clear the whilst my protein and water intake are good, my eating habits are appalling in the evenings - little mouthfuls and treats as I dash around - that completely undo my calorie deficit! So it’s good to shine a light on what I actually do vs what I think I do! I haven’t tried the food subscription as it was more money, but I have a good one by another provider that I had already bought.
