Hi Queenies! I’m so excited to share my training program, zero gatekeeping all my best tips from A to Z, with you!!!! The goals are to shred down (fat loss) and grow those glutes at the same time! I’ve been training consistently for about 4 years, but this challenge really gave me new insights and helped me push my limits again.
