You can do a lot of the workouts at home, if you have dumbbells, kettle bells, sliders, and bosu ball. I did notice Xiomara was unresponsive to a few tags asking questions after the challenge started, so I recommend asking all your questions about the exercises before it officially starts or hope someone in the community answers for you
