Strong As A Motha: Bells & Bands
I am a post menopausal physician and I been looking for something like this in the medical field forever. With my pregnancies, my pelvis became loose and I struggled for years with SI joint and pubic symphysis pain. I've been to PT many times, but nobody taught me the connection between body and breath. I'm only 3 weeks in, and I'm bounding, jumping and doing lunges without any pelvic pain. And, I have significant arthritis in my knee. I never thought I could do all of these exercises - especially agility. I took it slow in the beginning and my knee got sore, but now I'm doing everything except the roll ups (as I can't bend my knee far enough to get them under me) and my knee feels great! It's so nice to do these at home, so I can modify my techniques as needed without feeling like the whole class is wondering what I am doing. Thank you, Anna <3

I’m a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist, athleticism coach, & trained doula, with a BS in Kinesiology, and I have over 9 years of group/personal training experience.
