First of all, Anna is the kindest human alive. She’s sincere and non-competitive. She wants everyone to succeed. Second, she has a gift. The movements are intuitive, creative and effective. Postpartum Program
This is an amazing resource for newly postpartum mums! No need to piece info together in multiple google searches as Anna has it all in this program. The first week videos are great to watch when you are first recovering from birth and saves any mental effort needed to find it all yourself. The workouts slowly progress with your recovery so you know everything is safe. Plus, like all her programs, the video demos are really clear with great cues to watch for. I am loving this program!

Got the program alongside the deep core pregnancy program as they work well together. This program is great for stretching and helps you find all those areas you didn't even know where sore or imbalanced - I honestly think they helped my baby get in a good position by levelling my body out. Anna makes really clear videos that make the program really easy to follow closely or mix in with your own routine.

Deep Core Pregnancy Program
Really great program and the videos are clear and high quality. Anna really walks you through each move. I love lifting weights and did so for a lot of my pregnancy while mixing her moves in. By the third trimester I moved exclusively to this program - was great to know all moves are safe and i felt SO strong and stable, even without heavy compound lifts

I’m so grateful to have found this program and for all the valuable information provided. There's so much to sort through online and it can feel very overwhelming but Anna presents it in a way that has made me feel more confident and empowered to give birth. Deep Core Pregnancy Program
I like the content but the app leaves something to be desired in the way that it is organized. I would like there to be thumbnails next to the description of the exercise. I think it would also be extremely helpful for users if we could select which exercises we were going to do that day and create a workout list with the videos so I don’t have to click around looking for the video I want. Kind of like when you go for physical therapy and they give you a large picture of the exercise with the directions below it.
