Why did I create this program?

I remember after my first two babies searching high and low for resources and answers to help me navigate my postpartum season. I struggled with pelvic floor symptoms and was never informed by my OB that anything was wrong. I was told it was “normal”. But it wasn’t. So I took it upon myself and went through 3 different certifications in perinatal exercise to empower myself and now I'm so grateful to be sharing all of what I’ve learned! This knowledge gave me the confidence to move forward and advance in exercise effectively healing the body from the inside out!

I love Anna’s program! I found her on Instagram and have been following her for a little while, and I wish I would have joined sooner! Her March Madness challenge is what I went to sign up for and then I went ahead with her Move Like A Motha Membership. So glad I did because of all the access I have to the other programs and challenges. I’ve been working out for years and I am just now learning how to connect to my core the right way, recognizing if I feel unwanted pressure in my pelvic floor, and organizing my breathing with each move/rep. I was using another workout app (also by a woman) and was never taught any of this!! Anna breaks everything down so well and the videos she provides are extremely helpful and informative. I don’t have kids yet, but I’m so happy she created a program to help women pre, trying, during, and post babies! This is an amazing course to take especially postpartum or pregnant. It is made to protect a woman’s body while building strength. This program is special. I’ve done online pelvic floor pt, I’ve gone to an in-person pelvic floor pt…while these things were helpful, for me, this program has done so much more. Before the challenge even started, I binged the education videos because they were so interesting and informative. Everything just really seemed to resonate with me. And the way Anna talked about women’s bodies, idk, I just felt very seen. And maybe it was all of that, or maybe the prayers she says for the women in her groups, but I feel like this challenge has healed me in more ways than just the physical. Yes, I feel physically stronger! But I also have gained so much respect and appreciation for my body and what is has done, and what it is still capable of doing— and because of that, have also developed a healthier relationship with food. Didn’t see that coming! Anna, THANK YOU!! from the bottom of my heart. This program, and your voice/knowledge/encouragement are apparently what I needed for healing. I’m a mom of 6, pregnant with any #7. I have an upper diastasis recti (at times herniated), vaginal prolapse, and a rib that dislocates when I stretch my hip. I NEVER THOUGHT I could exercise without hurting myself. I have completed 6 weeks of daily exercise and I have not felt discomfort in ANY one of these areas when I follow Anna’s instructions. If you feel like your body is hopelessly damaged, TRY THIS PROGRAM!!!! I am now 15 weeks pregnant and I feel better in my core and pelvic floor than I have since having children! This platform and Anna’s regimen is by far one of the best things I’ve ever spent my money on. It’s like having a personal trainer and a physical therapist all in one, PLUS a community of people with similar experiences right there with you. I’m not normally one who spends on this kind of stuff because I like working out on my own, but dang I NEEDED this and didn’t even realize how bad. The workouts are so good and include much more than just simply a workout (exercises and stretches that target pain points, how to do things correctly to avoid and improve pregnancy/postpartum symptoms, and more). 10/10 recommend!!!!

Postpartum Program

Super happy that I went ahead with Anna's PP plan. Its taken me longer than 7 weeks as I took some time off over the holidays but i love that I can just jump back in whenever I can.
