Why did I create this program?
I remember after my first two babies searching high and low for resources and answers to help me navigate my postpartum season. I struggled with pelvic floor symptoms and was never informed by my OB that anything was wrong. I was told it was “normal”. But it wasn’t. So I took it upon myself and went through 3 different certifications in perinatal exercise to empower myself and now I'm so grateful to be sharing all of what I’ve learned! This knowledge gave me the confidence to move forward and advance in exercise effectively healing the body from the inside out!

Strong As A Motha: Bells & Bands
This is honestly the best workout program I’ve ever done. It’s very challenging and effective. It introduced me to so many moves I’ve never seen or done before. I'm breathing correctly for the first time in my life. The cues to breathe properly while keeping pressure and managing where that pressure goes in the body are phenomenal. This program is life changing. I feel so equipped! I know I struggle to breathe down into my right side ribs because I often lean that way and so that side is more compressed and air goes where it's easier, to the left. I would have never thought to foam roll those side ribs. And, the fascia on the left is so loose I can barely feel it while the right is so so tender! I seriously feel like I have every tool imaginable in this program, I can troubleshoot for years to come and really have true movement and strength freedom as a mom and as I approach middle age.

My only complaint is that I don’t have time in the mornings to fit in at least a 15 minute cardio session. I know the mobility is optional, but I am 37 so I feel it’s so important for me to complete a few of those before wrapping up so I am at it for well over an hour. Glutes, Core, & Pelvic Floor Program
After learning an incredible amount about pelvic tilt, rib flare, and pelvic floor function from different specialized PT I have been through, I was still feeling like there was more out there. Having watched the cues that Anna shares on instagram, I knew I had to give this a try. This program is addressing the next steps I so needed in order to continue to improve in my hip mobility, glute strength and specific weaknesses & imbalances that I have been trying to correct on my own. I have been breathing wrong! The posture PT I saw years ago addressed breathing into my back, but I was unaware that Instill wasn’t doing it correctly. The exercises and options here are helping me learn the next phases of movement and long term health and mobility. This program is so detailed, I will absolutely be working through and reworking these weeks as warmups before lifting, running, or daily walks. I am beyond pleased with this purchase and program!
