Why did I create this program?
I remember after my first two babies searching high and low for resources and answers to help me navigate my postpartum season. I struggled with pelvic floor symptoms and was never informed by my OB that anything was wrong. I was told it was “normal”. But it wasn’t. So I took it upon myself and went through 3 different certifications in perinatal exercise to empower myself and now I'm so grateful to be sharing all of what I’ve learned! This knowledge gave me the confidence to move forward and advance in exercise effectively healing the body from the inside out!

Postpartum Program
Super happy that I went ahead with Anna's PP plan. Its taken me longer than 7 weeks as I took some time off over the holidays but i love that I can just jump back in whenever I can. I'm breathing correctly for the first time in my life. The cues to breathe properly while keeping pressure and managing where that pressure goes in the body are phenomenal. This program is life changing. I feel so equipped! I know I struggle to breathe down into my right side ribs because I often lean that way and so that side is more compressed and air goes where it's easier, to the left. I would have never thought to foam roll those side ribs. And, the fascia on the left is so loose I can barely feel it while the right is so so tender! I seriously feel like I have every tool imaginable in this program, I can troubleshoot for years to come and really have true movement and strength freedom as a mom and as I approach middle age.
