Why did I create this program?
I remember after my first two babies searching high and low for resources and answers to help me navigate my postpartum season. I struggled with pelvic floor symptoms and was never informed by my OB that anything was wrong. I was told it was “normal”. But it wasn’t. So I took it upon myself and went through 3 different certifications in perinatal exercise to empower myself and now I'm so grateful to be sharing all of what I’ve learned! This knowledge gave me the confidence to move forward and advance in exercise effectively healing the body from the inside out!

This is an amazing course to take especially postpartum or pregnant. It is made to protect a woman’s body while building strength. This program is special. I’ve done online pelvic floor pt, I’ve gone to an in-person pelvic floor pt…while these things were helpful, for me, this program has done so much more. Before the challenge even started, I binged the education videos because they were so interesting and informative. Everything just really seemed to resonate with me. And the way Anna talked about women’s bodies, idk, I just felt very seen. And maybe it was all of that, or maybe the prayers she says for the women in her groups, but I feel like this challenge has healed me in more ways than just the physical. Yes, I feel physically stronger! I’m a mom of 6, pregnant with any #7. I have an upper diastasis recti (at times herniated), vaginal prolapse, and a rib that dislocates when I stretch my hip. I NEVER THOUGHT I could exercise without hurting myself. I have completed 6 weeks of daily exercise and I have not felt discomfort in ANY one of these areas when I follow Anna’s instructions. This platform and Anna’s regimen is by far one of the best things I’ve ever spent my money on. It’s like having a personal trainer and a physical therapist all in one, PLUS a community of people with similar experiences right there with you. Postpartum Program
Super happy that I went ahead with Anna's PP plan. Its taken me longer than 7 weeks as I took some time off over the holidays but i love that I can just jump back in whenever I can. I find Anna extremely well educated and knowledgeable. A lot of what I see at the moment is about aesthetics and not how to connect to your body and make it strong.
