I’ve completed my first week and I can’t say enough good things about Anna’s program. I’m 15 mo PP and have three kids. I can already tell my stomach is flatter, I’m starting to correct my pelvic tilt which has cause knee problems and a plethora of other things and my muscle definition has increased. I’m 4 weeks into this program and the improvements in strength, breath, sensation (I could go on and on) I’m experiencing are life-changing. I didn’t realize how shallow my breaths were before this. Within the 1st week of joining, BEFORE I started the challenge, my body responded dramatically to ONLY following Anna’s cueing in the education section, which by the way is IMMENSE! Where do I begin! Anna, is a gem and so inspiring! So thankful I found her program and for her and how much she pours into all her programs. I have found my passion for movement again and grit to show up daily because of this community. I specifically started this challenge due to finding out I have prolapse after having my 4th baby. I never had it until after post partum & discovered it after taking a break for CrossFit. Being an athlete growing up and also still being active throughout pregnancies and post partum I didn’t realize the intense movements in CF this last time around did more damage because I wasn’t aware of my prolapse. 😫 Thankfully in recovery now and my prolapse is getting better simply because of the work Anna has us doing! I’ve been consistent and see the changes happening. THE knowledge of bracing, core strength, & correct breathing during movements IS EXCEPTIONAL! Anna knows what’s she’s doing, inspires us mamas day in and out and truly loves in all that she does! Never going back to another program because this is IT! Toned As A Motha

Loving the workouts. Really enjoyed glutes and back yesterday. Just done first day week 2, finding all the upper a lot more challenging regarding PF and managing pressure. Really trying to find alignment and keep ribs down and not over engage into PF. Had to modify a lot of the exercises to see what works best. Finding it frustrating that I can’t go into an upper workout without having any symptoms or go heavier 😩 I think maybe after my back injury the lower abs have guarded so much it’s a really sensitive area. I do the fascia release and abdominal massage too. Anything else I’m missing to try and enjoy the upper without the symptoms? Thanks 🙏 xx

I can't begin to explain what a game changer this program that Anna has created has done for me, and its only been 6 days of the program. I've been in a fitness journey for 10+ years and I've always felt there has to be more, to effectively workout. I would be in pain at times, which is going to happen here and there, while working out and I wouldn't feel the muscles I needed to feel for that workout. I now feel muscles that I've been wanting to feel while working out and I have 95% less pain. I've had instructors teach breathing in "360 degrees" and she taught me 5 different ways to achieve that. I'm The blown away that 10 minutes of practice has completely changed my life. Her demonstrations and cues for each exercise, combined with videos showing different angles as she describes the motions simulate being with a live trainer. It's useful to have full access and determine what works for you. I plan on purchasing the courses the I need and telling my friends.

TLDR: my body feels challenged as well as supported and that’s huge for someone on her 50s with longstanding imbalances and low back/hip pain who still wants to get and stay strong! Great workouts that both challenge as well as ensure good form. The workouts are long and more days a week than I have time for currently but I LOVE how they are divided into different body sections. I prefer this, even if it takes me longer than 4 weeks to get through the program I’m totally ok with that. I know I’m getting quality exercises that focus on more than “upper body” “lower body” formula workouts. It takes time and work to see results and this particular program (toned as a motha) promises to provide results. Even if you can only do 3-4 workouts a week instead of the 5.
