Beyond grateful I found Anna and her training through motherhood program! The only thing I regret would be not starting her program sooner! Although I’m not a Mama yet (🙏🏻), I truly believe her programs are for any girl, no matter what season you’re in! For me, I was seeking better body connection with movement and core stability and strength, which I feel I gained immensely within the first week. I started to notice subtle changes in my body and felt engagement in muscles I hadn’t before. Progressive Overload Program
Absolutely LOVE all of Anna's programs. The progressive overload is challenging but I am putting on muscle. Even my husband has been surprised at how much muscle I've added to my arms. Being a Mom of 6 young kids all ages 10 and under has put my body through a lot. I've really enjoyed Anna's programme, it is incredibly rich with content and valuable knowledge but also very easy to get started and follow along without much preparation. I started during my first pregnancy and felt incredibly empowered by what I learnt and experienced in the first round. Now started a second round, it doesn't feel boring as it's varied and each week is different but I still enjoy repeating the exercises as I'm better able to tune into them and feel more confident in my form. I have done many fitness programs over the past 13 years, not only general fitness programs, but specific programs for pregnancy, postpartum, diastasis recti, pelvic floor, and more. This is the best experience that I have had by far. When I reached out to Anna, she gave me plenty of information to help me decide on the best option for me. Moving into the actual program, I love the in depth education at the start that gives you the groundwork to understand why you are going to be doing what you are doing. It also leans into how to promote your success within the program by being mindful of your "stack" and alignment throughout day to day life. Within the training through motherhood program, there is a mix of strength training and deep floor and pelvic floor, with different tabs based on where you are at in your journey (pregnancy, postpartum, standard, modified). This makes this being a forever yours program even more valuable. The flow of the workouts are easy to follow, which makes me "keep at my workout" because I don't end up taking longer breaks when the break time is not long enough for me or vice versa. The weekly zoom calls for the challenge program is a big game changer too. Like where else can you get on a live video call with the creator to ask questions in real time? This is on top of the community page where you can get support from Anna and the community of other Moms. Anna's true passion for health and fitness, in addition to her genuine care for the women she works with is truly inspiring. I want to be just like her when I grow up ;) I thank God for the blessing she has been.

I highly recommend this program! I’m 8 months postpartum and this has been a great jump back into working out. I have trouble making myself ease in slowly when I get back into working out and this program is the perfect mix of challenging workouts with intentional movement. The deep core days started off with focus more on actually connecting to your core again (which can be very challenging postpartum) and quickly build on one another to end with some challenging core workouts. The lower body and upper body days are great workouts with instruction on proper breathing, alignment, and core engagement to keep you in tune with your whole body. Anna provides modifications for each workout also which is super helpful. Only 3 weeks in and I already feel stronger, more confident, and motivated to keep going. I participated in the challenge this time around and the community forum is a huge help also. Anna answers questions really quickly and is so involved with each person and shows she really cares. It’s a wonderful group of women and moms in every stage. I really can’t recommend this enough! Halfway through I already thought another one of Anna’s programs.

Toned As A Motha
First of all, Anna is the kindest human alive. She’s sincere and non-competitive. She wants everyone to succeed. Second, she has a gift. The movements are intuitive, creative and effective. If you’re consistently doing the work, you will see incredible results. I’ve been at it for six months without missing a workout and I have seen radical changes. My biggest issue has been pelvic misalignment postpartum. The workouts are strengthening my core so that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel of pain I’ve been in. Highly recommend this program! Thank you, Anna! You’re changing lives!🥹

Birth Prep Program
Signing up for Anna’s program has truly been the best thing I could’ve done for my pregnancy journey. It is informative, easy to follow and inspiring. As a trainer myself, but with minimal prior prenatal training experience, I learned a lot while also connecting with the intelligent breakdown of the program. Exercises prescribed, their progressions, coaching cues and demos alike. I highly recommend this program regardless of your previous training experience and I look forward to diving into the postpartum program when the time arrives.

Oh hey, I'm Anna McClellan! I’m a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist, athleticism coach, & trained doula, with a BS in Kinesiology, and I have over 9 years of group/personal training experience.
