Ladies, it's that time of year when our to do lists are long & we seem to find ourselves at the bottom of that list. Pulling all the strings to create holiday magic, attend and/or host countless celebrations, cook/bake/clean on repeat, and keep of with the demands of day to day family life – all of a sudden we're sitting here wondering where our self-care time went.

As cherished & magical as this season is, it can be really challenging. At the end of the day, you cannot pour from an empty cup. It's time to fill 'er up!

That's what we're doing with TTM: Holiday Express! So many of you asked me which program is best for staying consistent through the holidays. And so many of you have asked for some shorter workout options. That's what this program is.

Everything you love about TTM, slightly paired down all for the purpose of making it feel accessible & doable during this crazy busy time. The most important education, the always effective strength work, and the deeply connective deep core, still wrapped into one challenge, just for my MLAM ladies!

The key difference? Every session is ~35 mins, and I included options for shortening them further, if needed.

TTM is and will always be about empowering you to move your body in ways that are safe, feel good, & give you the opportunity to feel strong & confident through these seasons. This holiday season, we're finding confidence in consistency. The ways in which we show up & keep promises to ourselves. Taking care of you is taking care of your family too.

True to TTM, you will have the tools you need to feel strong, confident, and capable – no matter where you are in pregnancy, postpartum, or your prepartum/TTC journey. And you will be joining a supportive community of mamas – because you are not alone!

Postpartum Program

Super happy that I went ahead with Anna's PP plan. Its taken me longer than 7 weeks as I took some time off over the holidays but i love that I can just jump back in whenever I can. Very informative and the only plan that I haven't rushed through to achieve the target #. Instead focusing on breathing and proper alignment. Im looking forward to moving onto another one of her plans after this!

Postpartum Program

I find Anna extremely well educated and knowledgeable. A lot of what I see at the moment is about aesthetics and not how to connect to your body and make it strong. Anna’s programmes offer the possibility of home style training with limited equipment. Her excellent explanations and videos of techniques are helpful. Plus you see that she walks her talk 💪💪. Strong As A Motha: Bells & Bands

This is honestly the best workout program I’ve ever done. It’s very challenging and effective. It introduced me to so many moves I’ve never seen or done before. Anna thoroughly explains everything and offers alternative options safe for diastasis recti, which I need, that were still super difficult. I was able to do everything with just dumbbells and resistance bands. I’m so thankful I found Anna and this program.

I'm breathing correctly for the first time in my life. The cues to breathe properly while keeping pressure and managing where that pressure goes in the body are phenomenal. This program is life changing. I feel so equipped! I know I struggle to breathe down into my right side ribs because I often lean that way and so that side is more compressed and air goes where it's easier, to the left. I would have never thought to foam roll those side ribs. And, the fascia on the left is so loose I can barely feel it while the right is so so tender! I seriously feel like I have every tool imaginable in this program, I can troubleshoot for years to come and really have true movement and strength freedom as a mom and as I approach middle age.

I’m a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist, athleticism coach, & trained doula, with a BS in Kinesiology, and I have over 9 years of group/personal training experience.
