Ladies, it's that time of year when our to do lists are long & we seem to find ourselves at the bottom of that list. Pulling all the strings to create holiday magic, attend and/or host countless celebrations, cook/bake/clean on repeat, and keep of with the demands of day to day family life – all of a sudden we're sitting here wondering where our self-care time went.

As cherished & magical as this season is, it can be really challenging. At the end of the day, you cannot pour from an empty cup. It's time to fill 'er up!

That's what we're doing with TTM: Holiday Express! So many of you asked me which program is best for staying consistent through the holidays. And so many of you have asked for some shorter workout options. That's what this program is.

Everything you love about TTM, slightly paired down all for the purpose of making it feel accessible & doable during this crazy busy time. The most important education, the always effective strength work, and the deeply connective deep core, still wrapped into one challenge, just for my MLAM ladies!

The key difference? Every session is ~35 mins, and I included options for shortening them further, if needed.

TTM is and will always be about empowering you to move your body in ways that are safe, feel good, & give you the opportunity to feel strong & confident through these seasons. This holiday season, we're finding confidence in consistency. The ways in which we show up & keep promises to ourselves. Taking care of you is taking care of your family too.

Toned As A Motha

I'm a mom of four under 7, this is my fourth time through this program. I've lost fat and gained so much muscle from the ability to progress in weights, and learner SO MUCH about my body, about how to heal postpartum and how to get strong again. This program is perfect for beginners but easily progressive for those who are familiar with strength training. I can't recommend Anna and her programs enough for moms, no matter the age or experience.

Loving the workouts. Really enjoyed glutes and back yesterday. Just done first day week 2, finding all the upper a lot more challenging regarding PF and managing pressure. Really trying to find alignment and keep ribs down and not over engage into PF. Had to modify a lot of the exercises to see what works best. Finding it frustrating that I can’t go into an upper workout without having any symptoms or go heavier 😩 I think maybe after my back injury the lower abs have guarded so much it’s a really sensitive area. I do the fascia release and abdominal massage too. Anything else I’m missing to try and enjoy the upper without the symptoms? Thanks 🙏 xx

I can't begin to explain what a game changer this program that Anna has created has done for me, and its only been 6 days of the program. I've been in a fitness journey for 10+ years and I've always felt there has to be more, to effectively workout. I would be in pain at times, which is going to happen here and there, while working out and I wouldn't feel the muscles I needed to feel for that workout. I now feel muscles that I've been wanting to feel while working out and I have 95% less pain. Not only that, I joined the program to build a strong foundation of my body and that's exactly what Anna provides, in detail. Today is day 7 of the program and my body is feeling more aligned. I've had instructors teach breathing in "360 degrees" and she taught me 5 different ways to achieve that. I'm The blown away that 10 minutes of practice has completely changed my life. Her demonstrations and cues for each exercise, combined with videos showing different angles as she describes the motions simulate being with a live trainer. It's useful to have full access and determine what works for you. I plan on purchasing the courses the I need and telling my friends.

TLDR: my body feels challenged as well as supported and that’s huge for someone on her 50s with longstanding imbalances and low back/hip pain who still wants to get and stay strong! Great workouts that both challenge as well as ensure good form. The workouts are long and more days a week than I have time for currently but I LOVE how they are divided into different body sections. I prefer this, even if it takes me longer than 4 weeks to get through the program I’m totally ok with that. I know I’m getting quality exercises that focus on more than “upper body” “lower body” formula workouts. It takes time and work to see results and this particular program (toned as a motha) promises to provide results. Even if you can only do 3-4 workouts a week instead of the 5.

GREAT programming! I’ve incorporated this into my daily lifting routine. I do this after lifting. I believe it has helped me with my lifts. It couldn’t have come at a better time! This week was my peak week and maxes for all my lifts. I’ve PRd all my lifts this week 🙌🏻 This is not a small thing to me. When you’ve been lifting for a long time PRs are far and few in between. I feel the strongest I’ve been with my programming and I am a firm believer that this program has helped improve my mobility and core strength. Also, I have been breathing wrong and developed an anterior pelvic tilt. As a result this has caused a nagging pain in my right lower back and hip. It’s been months of that pain and I’ve been going to the chiropractor with relief but then it would return the next day. Since starting this program my right hip and lower back are feeling much better ♥️ I’m beyond grateful for this program that has helped me be more aware of my posture and breathing.
