I know how hard it can be to tune into your body during these seasons, especially if this is your first time. The physical, mental, emotional, & life changes can feel all-encompassing. It’s difficult & it’s challenging & it’s hard, but I also want to empower you to focus on the good & the beautiful. Our bodies are amazing, we are amazing.

While we can acknowledge that it’s hard, let’s not lose sight of the fact that what our body is doing is nothing short of incredible. When we focus on the good the good gets better.

That’s why I created my Training Through Motherhood challenge in the first place. We revamped the TTM program you loved with the Move Like A Motha Challenge, now with our newest rendition – March Madness! This program is all about giving you the tools you need to feel strong, confident, and capable – no matter where you are in pregnancy, postpartum, or your prepartum/TTC journey. Postpartum Program

Super happy that I went ahead with Anna's PP plan. Its taken me longer than 7 weeks as I took some time off over the holidays but i love that I can just jump back in whenever I can. Very informative and the only plan that I haven't rushed through to achieve the target #. Instead focusing on breathing and proper alignment. I find Anna extremely well educated and knowledgeable. A lot of what I see at the moment is about aesthetics and not how to connect to your body and make it strong. Strong As A Motha: Bells & Bands

This is honestly the best workout program I’ve ever done. It’s very challenging and effective. It introduced me to so many moves I’ve never seen or done before. Anna thoroughly explains everything and offers alternative options safe for diastasis recti, which I need, that were still super difficult. I'm breathing correctly for the first time in my life. The cues to breathe properly while keeping pressure and managing where that pressure goes in the body are phenomenal. This program is life changing. I feel so equipped! I know I struggle to breathe down into my right side ribs because I often lean that way and so that side is more compressed and air goes where it's easier, to the left. I would have never thought to foam roll those side ribs. And, the fascia on the left is so loose I can barely feel it while the right is so so tender! I seriously feel like I have every tool imaginable in this program, I can troubleshoot for years to come and really have true movement and strength freedom as a mom and as I approach middle age.
