I am very happy that I was part of this challenge. thank you Ash for bringing me closer to God, I think I saw him a couple of times during training, especially during the first week! I can't wait for the next challenge! ❤️

I purchased this product because the creator was sharing information and solutions that were in line with my own education regarding personal training and nutrition. Although I have extensive knowledge in these fields I lack the time to organize a comprehensive plan for myself. I needed someone whose knowledge I could rely on to be true to organize this for me and that is Ash. The way things have been laid out have really suited me. I am an Executive Assistant - decision fatigue and overwhelm are part of my everyday and this program was laid out in a way that made it easy to incorporate into my daily life.

This challenge and app is everything!! I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it and have decided that my favourite workout is the Lower Body Strength workout especially the Lower Body Finisher. It’s so soo good! I also love the Barre workouts, watching a vid is elite! I have enjoyed all the workouts even the really hard ones. I can already feel myself getting stronger which is so satisfying. Thank you.

I’m a few days out from completing the challenge and I’ve really enjoyed it. The workouts have been very challenging at times (in a good way) and I have loved the strength and pilates/barre split. I also love that the challenge is about more than just working out but also implementing healthy habits into everyday life and just overall improving your health and well-being. Ash has been so supportive and I have also loved the community component of the challenge as well. Thanks Ash 🫶🏻

Ash has been so supportive through this journey. I’ve found the videos, timer and trackers easy to use as well as the menus. Such a great challenge so far :)

I like the program alot - the barre workouts are so intense and pushing me to the limit. The weighted work outs are ok I think, I did not to them much in the past. just glutes and lower body are so similar - maybe a better variation would be nice. The recipes are simple and good - I like this kind of eating and it helps me with keeping my weight off. Over all its grea! Thank you Ash. :)

Pros The barre workouts were really good and challenging and I have noticed my legs are leaner. I liked the structure of workout days and the fact we have the app for life and can reset is really good Cons No timer, can’t connect music, the food plan could be better like daily meals you can log or tick. The videos look very amateur, sound quality is poor, sipping of water is really loud and annoying, background noises etc. Should be somewhere you can log measurements and weekly photo check in would be better. Also habit tracker should be digital in the app. Do you go to the day and can see the workout, meal plan you tick, and hannit tracker.
