Although I have extensive knowledge in these fields I lack the time to organize a comprehensive plan for myself. This challenge and app is everything!! I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it and have decided that my favourite workout is the Lower Body Strength workout especially the Lower Body Finisher. It’s so soo good! I also love the Barre workouts, watching a vid is elite! I have enjoyed all the workouts even the really hard ones. I’m a few days out from completing the challenge and I’ve really enjoyed it. The workouts have been very challenging at times (in a good way) and I have loved the strength and pilates/barre split. I also love that the challenge is about more than just working out but also implementing healthy habits into everyday life and just overall improving your health and well-being. I like the program alot - the barre workouts are so intense and pushing me to the limit. The weighted work outs are ok I think, I did not to them much in the past. just glutes and lower body are so similar - maybe a better variation would be nice. The recipes are simple and good - I like this kind of eating and it helps me with keeping my weight off. Over all its grea! Thank you Ash. :)
