This challenge and app is everything!! I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it and have decided that my favourite workout is the Lower Body Strength workout especially the Lower Body Finisher. I’m a few days out from completing the challenge and I’ve really enjoyed it. The workouts have been very challenging at times (in a good way) and I have loved the strength and pilates/barre split.
