JJ´s BYOBB: Chair Barre

The BYOBB feature is “Build-Your-Own-Bangin’ Body”. Here, you can choose from 100’s of your favorite dance cardio and HIIT routines, muscle sequences, and yoga series, and arrange them into your dream class with your desired length of time.

 

This BYOBB class was built by JJ and it includes a warmup, dancing arms, a quick little booty dance, and finishes off with a 13 minute Chair Barre sequence that will get you right and tight!
