Strong for Summer: 4-Week Sculpt is an intermediate-level, dumbbell-focused workout program designed to help you build strength, sculpt your glutes, strengthen your core, and feel more confident before summer. Over 4 weeks, you’ll complete 4 structured 45-minute workouts per week, with intentional core work built into every session and one glute-focused day each week to help you feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body by Week 4.

All you need is basic gym access to utilize equipment needed in this program. BOTH a gym-version & home-gym version included in your purchase!

For gym program you'll need:

  • Range of dumbbells

  • Cable Machine

  • Booty Bands

  • Yoga Mat

For at-home program you'll need:

  • 1-lighter pair of dumbbells (5-12 lbs)
