My journey back to fitness has forced me to surrender being a beginner again. With the feeling of “beginning again” came the overwhelming feelings of confusion, anxiousness, fear of failure, and low confidence. With the help of the amazing men who created this app, I was able to not think, but just do. To just put my head down and work on my self, my BEST self. I’m still only half way through this challenge, but to see my body shrink and get toned in areas that I thought could NEVER be possible is astonishing to me. Thank you George, Derick, and Styles for creating this app that’s not only ridiculously AFFORDABLE, but also sustainable for life. You all are truly blessings from god and I hope so much good comes in all of your lives! Thank you!

Was a great experience.

From a tired no energy back hurts all the time mother of toddler twins I say get this program. I did the home workouts and I’m shocked at my results.

Workout are awesome!!!

I had really enjoyed some free content from one of the trainers (George) on social media. I purchased this product because it was a very low cost. It exceeded expectations. I learned about more amazing trainers. I feel that the team effort was very a effective. A brain trust of physical trainers. I wish I had taken a "before picture." I think I could won.

This has been an absolutely incredible challenge!! Im loving every second of it and getting stronger everyday!!

I cannot express enough how much I am enjoying this challenge! As a 47-year-old single parent, juggling the responsibilities of being a mother to five children and running multiple businesses, my days are incredibly hectic. However, this challenge has been an absolute game-changer for me. First and foremost, the simplicity and convenience of the challenge have been a breath of fresh air. The meal plan provided is not only delicious but also incredibly easy to follow. It takes away the stress of meal planning and allows me to focus on other important aspects of my life. What truly sets this challenge apart is the community that comes with it. The support and encouragement from fellow participants have been invaluable. It’s inspiring to connect with individuals who are on a similar journey and have similar goals. One aspect that I particularly appreciate is the uploaded videos. These videos have been a lifesaver for me. Regardless of how busy my schedule is, It’s like having a personal coach right at my fingertips.

I don't have a problem with the program it's the platform. It's very glitchy, workouts couldn't be uploaded so we're uploaded late. Not impressed with Solin

I purchased this challenge because of George. I’ve been following this guy for years now and I respect his influence in the fitness world. I can’t wait to experience those other guys as well. (Yababeth, Derick, & Wad) I know we’re going to see transformation for sure. @lanois99

I like the workout challenges provided, the support from the community, and that I can go back to watch these videos anytime in the future. My dislikes are the system freezing or being delayed when watching the videos.
