Your body does not need more random workouts. It needs a plan, structure, and progressive overload. If you are winging it, jumping between different YouTube workouts, or just trying to get some movement in, your body at this stage of life will not change the way you want it to. This challenge is built differently. You will train:
2 upper body days
(back, shoulders, arms and core)
2 lower body days
(glutes, hamstrings, quads and core)
With a deliberate focus on glutes and deep core, the muscles that support your lifts and create the shape you want. As women age, our glutes and deep core naturally weaken, our hormones shift and muscle becomes harder to build and maintain. Over the next six weeks, you will follow a progressive plan that helps you reconnect with your body, train with purpose and lay the foundation for real, visible change. Each workout begins with heavy strength focused sets, followed by targeted accessory work and deep core training. You will be pushed close to failure in a controlled and intentional way to create the stimulus required for visible muscle tone and body recomposition.
Phase 1 (Weeks 1 to 3)
