I loved the challenge. I actually looked forward to eating better, preparing my meals & working out. Bres' workouts were challenging, straight forward & down to business. She wasnt playing around lol. if your looking to challenge yourself, her challenge is it!!!

This was the most challenging and rewarding 6 weeks. I’ve developed healthier habits and a better lifestyle both physically and mentally that will continue beyond this challenge. Hi there I’m Bre and welcome to my page. I have been a fitness athlete for over 15 years now strictly focusing on body building. Having had a smaller, dancer body prior to weight lifting— I have transformed into my own body goals. With the techniques I demonstrate in my programs you too can be your own body goals. As a mother of two I understand the need for a timely workout routine. That said all of my workouts can be completed in roughly 45 minutes. I can't wait for you to join my challenges!
