8-Wk “None to 5k” Program
I really liked the program as it has definitely helped me towards achieving my goal. I only wish the app had a built in feature for the run days by queuing the run walk intervals so I wouldn't have to keep looking down at my watch. For example, the couch to 5k app has that feature which is very helpful. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to begin running with a end goal of running a 5k race or just running as a hobby to stay in shape.
