Introducing the 8-Week "None to 5K" Program!
This is the first step towards running your first 5K! Over the next 8 weeks, you'll build a strong running foundation and develop the confidence and skills needed to continually achieve your running and health goals going forward.
Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to running after some time off, this program is designed to guide you through each stage with support and encouragement from myself and the community of runners around you. We'll focus on gradually increasing your endurance, staying consistent, and most importantly, making running an enjoyable part of your routine.
Remember that every runner was once a new runner. We all start somewhere, and this program will get you "over the hump" and immersed into the wonderful world of running!

8-Wk “None to 5k” Program
I really liked the program as it has definitely helped me towards achieving my goal. I only wish the app had a built in feature for the run days by queuing the run walk intervals so I wouldn't have to keep looking down at my watch. For example, the couch to 5k app has that feature which is very helpful. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to begin running with a end goal of running a 5k race or just running as a hobby to stay in shape.
