These are your non-negotiables. Each lower-body session also includes 2 accessory movements to target those finer details, sculpting the glutes, quads, and hamstrings with precision.
The programming follows a hypertrophy and progressive overload structure, pushing you toward failure safely and effectively so you can actually see growth. Your other 2 training days are dedicated to upper body because balance matters and you’ll complete 30 minutes of cardio, 3x per week to keep your conditioning sharp. Every workout comes with form breakdowns, tempo cues, and video tutorials so you know exactly how to execute each movement for maximum impact.
