Really great programming with three full body workouts per week which helps with lifting heavy (because you know there is going to be a non lifting day) and progressive overload. One improvement would be a search capability in the community page so I tend to want to go back and re-read certain things and its hard to find the conversations and have to scroll vs being able to search on a specific word. I’m a mom of 5 and a gramma to 5 little ones. After lifting for the past 6 yrs I absolutely love this program.
