I'm so excited to finally launch a program to train you on my current workouts I'm doing weekly to gain my most strong, hour glass body yet....post 4 babies 😮‍💨!

We are committing to 4 WEEKS, 4 Days a week of strength training. 2 Lower body days, 1 Full body and 1 Upper body day. All you need is a few dumbbells and bands.

You can follow along with me through the workouts or finish the rounds at your own pace! You will gain access to 35-45 minute home workouts with me but you can use them in the gym too!

I will also share some bonus ab routines + stretching!
