This was the first challenge I’ve ever stayed consistent with. I had never done a 5-day workout split before, so it was definitely challenging for me—but still do-able. I enjoyed both the home and gym workouts, and I loved that it wasn’t packed with 1,000 exercises and a million reps, lol. I would absolutely do one of Jayme’s challenges again. She was also very encouraging and active with us in the community section. 🩷

I LOVED this challenge , the way everything was planned out , the community , everything was literally a 10/10 ! These workouts had me workinggg fr fr , and the progress speaks for itself ! Jayme did her big one with this , i can’t wait for the next one ! This challenge kept me focused , consistent , and determined to get to my dream body ! Thank You Jayme 🥹🩷💪🏽

LOVED this challenge! It push my limits, tested my strengths, and I gained so much discipline. Ive been so inconsistent working out but this challenge definitely held me accountable and ive seen a total difference in my body just from the 4 weeks. I will definitely be doing any other challenge Jayme creates

This challenge happened at the most perfect time because I was in a funk but I showed up for myself. I loved how Jayme was engaging in the chat also, 10/10!! I’ll purchase every challenge Jayme has in the future. My girl has suppory from me each & every time!!!🫶🏽

This was my first time doing a fitness challenge and I LOVED the progress I made throughout the challenge. The community of ladies also played a huge role in staying the course and pushing myself. Jayme is the GOAT!❤️
