I love these workouts and how customizable they are! And I also love how I can get back on track anytime after I slip up and get overwhelmed with work and miss a few days. Sometimes the sets get a little confusing to understand how many on each side, though. Maybe I’m just understanding it wrong? Overall though I love it. Thank you!

I like how doable and still challenging the exercises are for postpartum, loving Dani’s “Dream Body BluePrint” challenge so far. As for the Solin app, it would nice to have a stop watch/timer built in. Overall, loving the app!
