Her workout plan was comprehensive and most importantly affective. I am a postpartum mommy who gain a lot of weight. When a started Dani’s program I was weak and out of shape after month of not working out. But I pushed myself and I can truly say I’m a strong and slimmer version of myself than from what I started. And for that I’m super grateful ! I would like for her to incorporate more core workout that’s all

“Dani’s challenge” has changed my MINDSET and BODY!!! The app is very easy to navigate and the supportive community 🫶🏼really makes a difference on those days when you need motivation. I love these workouts and how customizable they are! And I also love how I can get back on track anytime after I slip up and get overwhelmed with work and miss a few days. Sometimes the sets get a little confusing to understand how many on each side, though. Maybe I’m just understanding it wrong? Overall though I love it. Thank you!

I like how doable and still challenging the exercises are for postpartum, loving Dani’s “Dream Body BluePrint” challenge so far. As for the Solin app, it would nice to have a stop watch/timer built in. Overall, loving the app!
