I love how easy is to follow the program. You can go back and edit past work out weights ( I tend to push extra buttons). See all your future workouts. How motivating the week overview is. I like how you can put notes and see your progressive overload. I wish there was timer for in between workouts to avoid long periods of rest. I like to see possibly a way for the workouts to tell you it is time to increase weight, so you don't stay stagnate.

I loved how simple and relatively short the lifting workouts were. It was very attainable to complete all the workouts! I increased weight with a lot of exercises almost every week. The repeating workouts encouraged my to push myself on the weights.
