So I purchased this product because I wanted to add exercises to assist in strengthening my core and help me with other exercises to reach my goal and I love this program! The way is set up is great for me as each day that passes I can check off as complete which gives me a sense of accomplishment and pushes me to keep going and complete it to reach my goal! In the beginning it breaks down important information we must know and for each day it shows you exactly which work out to do and how to do it, this is so helpful! I highly recommend this program!!
