I was born into a large family. The youngest of 6. In Los Angeles, California. I knew from a young age I wanted to impact people. A back injury led me down a path of transforming my body and mind through movement. I became certified as a personal trainer and health coach after healing my own body. I worked in gyms and in my own private practice for a decade. I studied physical therapy and biomechanics in college. With a passion for freedom, I chose entrepreneurship. I craved the ability to help more people while living nomadically. So I moved all of my teachings and coaching into EMBODY - my online coaching program. I now get to impact millions of people everyday through my social media platform. I value autonomy, authenticity, health, and humor. Let's work together!
