✨ EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Short + long resistance bands and 2-3 pairs of dumbbells (light–medium weights for upper-body exercises and medium–heavy weights for lower-body exercises).

Fit Girl Challenge

I loved this for girl challenge. Elisabeth provided workouts for those of us are beginners and needed knee friendly options! She also provides a grocery list with some meal options and other nutritional facts to help with the process. I noticed a big difference in how I feel during these 4 weeks. I have a two story house and use to easily run out of breath going upstairs and now I no longer do!! Give it a try and I promise you won’t regret it!! Even though the 4 week challenge is over, this has given me the motivation I needed to keep on working out and sticking to these daily workouts until I reach my goal
