I've really enjoyed this challenge. This is my 2nd challenge with Emilie and they really keep me inspired and motivated to go after my health + wellness goals. I love all the supplementary support from recipes, how to calculate your macros, and just her weekly/daily motivational statements - because the mental aspect is1/2 the battle. I recently had bloodwork done and for the first time in years, all of my cholesterol levels are within a healthy range - and I'm sure this challenege has helped with that!

I have loved the work outs. I love how she explains everything as well. I enjoy the positivity she brings and how she encourages you to keep going, even if you had a bad day.

I loved this challenge! Worth every penny-felt like having a personal trainer. 5 days a week of solid workouts that kept me engaged and pushed. Videos were so easy to access. I looked forward to each day bc it felt different enough to keep me interested, but comprehensive enough to get results. I definitely saw more definition in my muscles. Loved the affirmations too to kick start my day!!!
