Strong & Sculpt is a 6 week dumbbell ONLY strength training program ( 3 Day Split) Focused on glutes, upper body + an extra bonus day of Boxing inspired movement! Designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body physically and mentally. My family owns a boxing gym, and i'm excited to bring a little bit of what I know into this challenge <3
Dumbbell focused program that can be completed at home or in the gym. Also for anyone who will be working out from home, a bench is not mandatory but recommended for (hip thrust)
For glute days, We will be using booty bands for some of the workouts for that extra booty burn. (Not mandatory) but highly recommend!! TRUST ME :)

You will train with the intention by repeating the same movements and watch yourself get stronger week by week.
