This dumbbell-focused program can be completed at home or at the gym. If you plan to workout from home, make sure you have at least some variety of weights! A bench is not mandatory but recommended for hip thrusts & Bulgarians.
For glute days, we will be using booty bands for some of the workouts for that extra booty burn. (Not mandatory) but highly recommend!! TRUST ME :) I will link the exact ones I use.
