Strong Mom Reset: Momentum was intentionally designed for busy moms who want to continue progressing without spending hours working out or starting over every Monday.

This program builds on the foundation of the original Strong Mom Reset with:

Each week includes 4 strength workouts and 3 encouraged active recovery days. Your workouts are designed to take about 25–40 minutes using primarily dumbbells, making them simple and effective to complete right at home (even in the middle of busy mom life).

Over the next six weeks, you’ll continue challenging your body in a sustainable way through progressive overload. The workouts evolve throughout the program with changing exercises, adjusted reps, added rounds, and opportunities to increase your weights as your strength improves.

What To Do On Active Recovery Days

On recovery days, I encourage you to aim for 20–40 minutes of walking or light movement if possible.

This could look like:

• a walk outside
• walking with your kids
• stroller walks
• stretching or mobility work

The goal is simply to keep your body moving without pushing it too hard.
