Hi, I’m Tawnee ✨ I’m 27 years old, and over the last two years I’ve lost nearly 130 pounds by choosing myself every day. Through healthy lifestyle changes, consistent exercise, and mindset shifts, I’ve transformed not only my body, but my relationship with health, confidence, and self-belief. This journey hasn’t been about perfection or quick fixes—it’s been about progress, patience, and learning to show up even on the hard days. I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, and while I’m still working toward my final goal, I’ve learned that the journey itself is powerful.
