Youâll get access to a supportive community, a structured 6-week workout plan to keep you on track, and the option to add a meal plan if you want to maximize your results.

The Solin $100k New Yearâs Reset features all challenges on Solin that begin on January 5th and are 6 weeks long.
By joining, you're automatically part of the overall competition that includes participants from all hosted challenges.
Prizes
One set of 31 winners will be selected across all challenges. The winners will split $100,000 in cash prizes based on their best transformations (be sure to read the transformation instructions carefully once you join!).
Winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Solin. It's possible that none or multiple winners could come from this specific challenge.

How It Works
Once you sign up, you'll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area.
Leading up to January 5th, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.
Important Dates:
January 2nd: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).
January 5th: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.
January 9th: Deadline to upload 3 'before' photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.
February 20th: Deadline to upload 3 'after' photos by 11:59pm ET.

Hi, Iâm Tawnee âš Iâm 27 years old, and over the last two years Iâve lost nearly 130 pounds by choosing myself every day. Through healthy lifestyle changes, consistent exercise, and mindset shifts, Iâve transformed not only my body, but my relationship with health, confidence, and self-belief. This journey hasnât been about perfection or quick fixesâitâs been about progress, patience, and learning to show up even on the hard days. Iâm incredibly proud of how far Iâve come, and while Iâm still working toward my final goal, Iâve learned that the journey itself is powerful. My mission is to create a community of like-minded people who are ready to grow, support one another, and build healthier, happier lives togetherâone choice, one workout, and one day at a time. đ
