I recently completed a 6-week 40+ workout challenge and felt I had to share my experience. We worked out 6 days a week, with each day focused on a different part of the body. To be honest, I’m still a bit surprised that I managed to stick with it. I started with the smallest weights, unsure of myself at the beginning, but week by week I got stronger and was able to add more. The biggest change I noticed wasn’t only physical, it was mental. In the past, I probably would have given up or skipped days. This time it felt different. Having access to a new workout every day helped me stay consistent, but what truly made the difference was the community. Being surrounded by other women 40+ who supported each other, cheered each other on, and gave that extra push of motivation made it so much easier to keep going. Another huge part of this journey was Addy, the creator of the challenge. She’s an amazing trainer and a true motivator. She was present every single day, answering questions, supporting us, and encouraging us when we needed it most. With kindness, humility, and strength, she created a program that showed me I really can get stronger in just 6 weeks, build the habit of working out regularly, see results, and feel great doing it. I can 1000% recommend this challenge to any woman 40+ who wants to improve her mobility, strength, mindset, and be part of something supportive and uplifting.

I have been following Adirene for well over a year now on Instagram. I was so excited when she put out this 6 week challenge. I love how she targets different muscles throughout the week. Her videos are so easy to follow. Her positivity and encouragement made the challenge absolutely worth it.

This challenge was genuinely fun. I looked forward to it every day. One of the things I appreciated most is that you don’t just see the correct way to do each exercise; Addy’s voice guides you through it, which made everything feel clear and supportive. It was easy to track progressive increases in weights, and I loved that there were options for both at-home and gym workouts, which made it flexible and realistic to stick with. The community aspect was a great bonus; motivating without ever feeling pressured. I also picked up a few new core exercises on core day, and having warm-up videos included made the whole experience feel really complete and well thought out. I feel great. I feel stronger. And I noticed an unexpected win: I didn’t do the official before photos but I measured my waist and took a quick picture before week one just for fun. At the start of week six, I measured again and had lost an inch around my waist. I actually remeasured to make sure, but it was real. My husband also told me that I looked so great and seemed so happy to work out! This experience was positive and motivating and has made me even more committed to continuing strength training. I’m going to try to keep the momentum going! 🤍💕
