This may not seem like a lot, but I am in a stage where my body is gaining muscle and losing weight! I know…I never thought that was possible. All that to say- the program works!
I feel the best I've ever felt, and I'm turning 33! I don't want to be skinny - I want to take up the space I deserve. SLAM gives me all of that. I get to EAT! No shame to fuel my body.
