Currently in week two of the Summer Sculpt challenge and I am feeling amazing. The flexibility to choose between home and gym is great! Especially with my work schedule! I have noticed a big boost in my energy and I’m excited to keep going and see even more results! Also the video that are in placed are really helpful! Coach Guam is truly amazing person to work with! I have been with Guams training programs since '23.....I always return because I always learn something new. She is the perfect trainer for me because she genuinely cares but she is also gonna be straight up about everything when she talks to you. I love her workouts AND the space that she created for the women to be open & vulnerable in. Each of us is in a different space of life with the common goal of self love through fitness. If you are considering joing...COME ON

Its always a 10 outta 10! Coach is everything and more. She is truly an amazing guide she is present and the environment is top tier. Its not a waste of money. U will get growth body wise snd mind wise as well. Ul grow mentally alot. U will learn alot and u will understand even more ur why! To many shes a coach as she is to me but she is firstly a big sister and the best mentor 8ve ever had. She a coach for a reason. U won't feel alone and yes u will be guided very well. Everything is simple snd explained simple. Its not complicated and its always a fun twist. U also get to joyn her on zoom she offers 2 times so she will work that butt off. Its such a beautiful experience it always has and it always will be. Its safe and full of love and growth.

Volume 2 does NOT disappoint! When I tell you it is the perfect continuation to the foundation that is an understatement. I’m seeing results and improving my health. We inky have a couple days left in this particular challenge. If you ever entertained the idea of joining, i strongly encourage you to JUST DO IT!! I have never worked with a better fitness coach. The attention she gives to her programs as well as her clients is UNMATCHED! I've done but win over here!!! Vol. 2 is under way.....JOIN US YOU WONT BE SORRY!

I really enjoy the workouts provided in your programs coach! A suggestion for switching up the workouts/exercises instead of doing the same thing every week do a different set of workouts every other week! So we’d do the same workouts week 1 and 3 then the same workouts week 2 and 4 Also if u could have like a beginners/intermediate version then an advanced version of certain exercises especially abdominals that’d be great I need to level up and see major changes in this midsection! The way coach has set up everything for us has been amazing. Ive been loyal since day 1 and havent looked back and i have 0 regrets. She can take all my money and time. The app is amazing but its only cause she made everything amazing for us! She is the reason i got where am at and she continues to push me and make me grow for the better. So far I’m truly enjoying this challenge. I’m in week 2. The exercises are great and nice workouts for home or gym so I get to utilize both workouts and both are tough but much needed for me since I’m trying to attain my goal. I recommend bodied by Guam and the nutrition package. Solin is a great app for the experience. Haven’t had any technical issues so far!

I really like the challenge because it pushes meet to do better with living a healthy lifestyle!

Enjoying the work outs provided by this creator. With the Solin app I wish you all would allow this to be used on a laptop instead of on the app from a cell phone. My experience has still been great!

The program that Guam has put together has not only allowed me to lose fat and turn it into muscle but it allowed me to learn my body in ways I never had prior. I use the workouts now in the gym. The program works your whole self; mind, body, spirit! You already have it in you, you just need the right setting & coach to bring it all out of you!

This challenge exceeded all expectations & some! The workouts were fantastic, and the flexibility was key. What truly stood out was Guam's engagement and the supportive community she fostered. She's incredibly responsive, personable and genuinely cares. I'm disappointed it's ending this Sunday :-( , but eagerly anticipating the next challenge she has coming up . This is the dopest challenge I’ve ever joined in my Life ! My confidence overall has gradually elevated in a short amount of time . This challenge helped me pushed myself to a potential I never knew I was capable of . And just a short amount of time I have gone up in weights , believed more in myself/gained confidence, and my mental is top tier ! I even learned how to do a front squat (now with weights added ! ) I love how the workouts are consistent & not overbearing . Loved the option for home workout. Snowed in this last week and it was hard to make it to the gym.

I already loved Guamfit’s challenges before they were on the Solin app, but now I love the Solin app too! One of my favorite features is where I can leave notes on each exercise. Whether it’s a tweak I made for myself or an improvisation to avoid pain, Etc… Great reminders for when I go back to those exercises, & it’s simple to use! 🤩
