Although this program is intermediate, due to its flexibility in rest days, it can be a fun challenge for beginner lifters as well. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will train as I train, and grow physically through the hypertrophy training provided. You will also grow mentally, as you will sharpen your discipline through the completion of your training by practicing your eating, sleeping, and recovery habits.
