Welcome! As most of you know, we are busy parents of 2 toddlers with a background in division one elite sports training (DJ) and teaching group exercise classes / personal training (Sarah). We love to work out, but also believe in living a balanced lifestyle.
This 6-week program is designed for all fitness levels, and specifically, anyone else looking to improve or maintain their fitness level without having to spend hours in the gym. It utilizes minimal equipment and can be completed exclusively with dumbbells.
In the program, we will be working out 5 days per week. The other 2 days of the week will be spent how you choose, whether that be resting, stretching, or doing some cardio. Each workout will have corresponding links to a follow-along version you can join us with or visuals of the exercises for reference.
*Note: the follow along videos are our own YouTube and Instagram videos. We use time in our YouTube follow along videos verses repetitions to complete the exercise, so you don’t have to count how many reps you need to complete. Alternatively, you can do the workout at your own pace - both ways are equally effective.
