Sync Your Cycle Challenge
This challenge was amazing! Helped me learn to listen to my body and find balance! I was able to push myself on days where I had lots of energy, and take less intense days when I was in my luteal phase and had less energy. I feel like I really got in tune with my body and what it needs! The community built throughout the challenge is also so motivating!
