Your recovery isn’t a luxury- it’s essential, so whether you're easing back into movement for the first time or simply want to feel strong and confident in your body again then this program is for you.

I created and have used this program after both pregnancies because it was important to me to rebuild a solid fitness foundation which leads to both mental and physical well-being.

This 4-week program is specifically designed for mothers who want:

  • Safe and effective workouts that support core and pelvic floor healing

  • A structured plan to progressively rebuild strength

  • Workouts that are flexible, time-efficient, and can be done at home or in the gym (I recommend having 2 short & 1 long resistance band for the program).

We will focus on building a strong, functional foundation through breathwork, strength, and mobility.

Each week includes:

  • Core & Mobility x 2 sessions: Learn 360° breathing, gentle core activation, and key mobility stretches to support healing.

  • Lower Body Strength x 1 session: Focus on glute activation, hip and pelvic stability, and lower body strength movement.

  • Upper Body Strength x 1 session: Rebuild posture, shoulder and arm strength; all while integrating core support.

Having personally struggled with diastasis recti (abdominal separation), I made sure every movement in this program is restorative and supportive of long-term healing.
