Postpartum Strength Recovery
This program came at the perfect time for me, I was exactly 6 weeks postpartum when the program was released. It is exactly what I needed. While I’m not new to exercise, I was new to it as a first time mom. Having a program created by someone who has been through it once before and who is going through it again the same time means so much to me. It made it feel more genuine knowing that Izabela is familiar with my needs during this period of recovery and rediscovery. I also absolutely love that she is active in the community and so kind to answer my questions whenever I reach out ❤️ I love the program so much because the exercises are not intimidating at all yet they are so effective! The exercises seem so simple yet they’re exactly what I need! It has helped me gently engage the deep muscles without fear of injury. Also, as a tired & busy first time mom who is breastfeeding I love that I can do it at my own pace. Some days I finished it all in one session, but most days I did the exercises throughout the day. The way the program is made makes it possible to spread throughout the day. I also love that I’m able to do it at home with no equipment and to be honest on days I don’t have energy I don’t even change into workout clothes haha.
