I purchased this challenge/mobility so I can unlock more mobility and get my life back. Tired of feeling stiff, sore, and not having any mobility at all. I workout regularly but my mobility has always been terrible. I thought it was something I could never get back. After 3 days going on 4 I can feel a world of a difference. I actually started watching Izzy on I.G doing deep squat and other mobility movement. So I had to try, first couple of days were rough but I stayed consistent and I'm doing the challenge. I haven't posted any pics because I'm actually a pretty shy person and keep to myself. Maybe not the best person for a challenge. But I figured I'm doing it for my overall health/mobility so I'm patiently watching from the sidelines and doing the movement everyday until the challenge completes. Maybe at the end I will take some pictures. As for the program it's been 5 plus stars. And will continue to support great content that keeps giving back more and more each day you put into it. Remember that the work won't be easy, it will be tough. But the way I see it, I've been stiff with no mobility for years so it's not going to happen over night. I like how non intensive the moves are, but you feel the burn while doing them, and notice a difference in how the joints move after. Never thought deep squatting could be so effective for overall movement. Definitely recommend 👍🏽
